Job summary

Chargeflow in the Billing & Collections team runs hands-on reconciliation across multi-channel payments; you match payments to invoices and resolve mismatches to close the loop.

This role is heavy in Excel and data quality, with AI-assisted workflows using Claude to reduce repetitive tasks over time. You engage with internal teams and customers, maintain clear working papers, and own accounts end to end, from opening to final resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reconciliation, collections, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Ownership mindset and responsibility for accounts end to end.
• Persistence to chase unpaid or unreconciled items past month-end.
• Strong Excel skills for pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Critical eye for data across multiple systems and accuracy.
• Clear communicator with internal teams and customers.
• Curious about using AI tools (Claude) to streamline workflow.
• Native or near-native English communication.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile customer payments against invoices across all customers.
• Match payments to invoices and close the loop between payment and invoice.
• Investigate unmatched or partial items to root cause and resolve.
• Track what is owed and follow up until fully resolved.
• Own accounts end to end with clean, complete reconciliations.
• Maintain clear, documented working papers for traceability.
• Work across Slack, monday.com, and email; collaborate with Billing & Finance.
• Explain billing or reconciliation concepts to non-finance colleagues.
• Leverage Claude to automate repetitive steps over time.
