Job summary

Allied Search PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Patient Service Associate to welcome patients, manage registrations, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records across the clinic setting.

You will process billing transactions, support billing inquiries and insurance claims, assist healthcare professionals during consultations, monitor inventory, restock materials and medications, and address patient questions in a courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Min. GCE 'O' Level qualification or above.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, manage registration processes, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Process billing transactions, payments, and insurance claims, and provide support for billing-related enquiries and financial advices.
• Support healthcare professionals during patient consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper management of clinic materials and medications.
• Address patient enquiries and concerns promptly in a courteous and professional manner.
