• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of Medisave claims is preferable.
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.

• Passionate to learn continuously.
• IT savvy as we are fully computerised.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all patient enquiries.
• Greet and register patients, verify insurance, queue management, schedule appointments.
• Dispense medications, invoice and collect payment.
• Receipt and dispatch of drugs/consumables/investigations.
• Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners.
• Assist doctor in procedures/being a chaperone.
• Do basic measurements (eg. weight and height, blood pressure and temperature taking).
• Open and close the clinic.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic and sanitize medical equipment.
