Job summary

CSV Now is seeking a Patient Consultation Booking Specialist in Cebu, Philippines. The role requires guiding clients to book consultations with medical professionals, backed by empathetic communication and precise documentation of interactions.

Open to Registered Nurse candidates or those with equivalent medical exposure through internships. Onsite work with US time-zone alignment and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

RN license preferred but not required.
Open to candidates without a license who have hands-on internship experience.
Strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer literacy with MS Office, CRM, or support systems.

Responsibilities

Handle outbound client inquiries and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
Listen actively and acknowledge client concerns before offering solutions.
