• Strong communication skills for guiding callers about product-related problems.
• Good attention to detail when documenting product information.
• Familiarity with pharma, consumer health, or quality handling environments is an advantage.
• Contact center or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates.
• Amenable to full onsite setup.
