Formación

• RN license preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience through hospital or clinical internships allowed if not licensed.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office, CRM or support systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle outbound client inquiries with clear, empathetic guidance.
• Listen actively and acknowledge client concerns before offering solutions.
• Explain processes, options or services in a structured, understandable way.
• Guide clients to booking a consultation with a medical professional.
• Document interactions accurately and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
