Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service.
• Able to use SNS/telecommunications systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patients as contact window from production start.
• Fix appointments and schedules with patients.
• Call patients before the appointment to verify it.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and report issues to supervisors.
• Upsell and communicate new services to patients.
• Provide timely updates to departments about patient status.
