Job summary

Qualifications

The successful candidate will undergo hands-on training under a professional chef and will play a key role in managing our newly developed pastry section, which complements the menu of Sinangag Station.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts

• Maintain consistency and quality of all pastry items according to company standards

• Support the development and execution of new pastry offerings

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of the work area

• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies

• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational/culinary training is an advantage
