A Pastry Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of baked goods, such as pastries, cakes, pies, breads, cookies, and other desserts.

• Baking and Preparing Pastries: Mix and bake ingredients according to recipes for pastries, cakes, tarts, and other desserts.
• Recipe Creation and Modification: Develop new pastry recipes or modify existing ones to create unique or seasonal items.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean, organized, and follow food safety standards to ensure a sanitary kitchen environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of products, including taste, texture, and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, and restock as necessary.
