• Dough & Batter Preparation: Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to established recipes.
• Oven Management: Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent texture, color, and taste.
• Product Finishing: Decorate cakes, glaze pastries, and ensure all baked goods meet aesthetic standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain industrial mixers, proofers, and ovens safely.
• Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP) and maintain a clean workstation at all times.
• Inventory Control: Assist in tracking ingredient stock levels and reporting wastage.
