Job summary

Yanmar Philippines Corporation in Pasig is seeking a Parts Associate to manage spare parts order data, process orders, and prepare accurate daily sales reports.

You will update the parts order database, process orders using AS400 and Excel, and participate in parts inventory management and sales activities such as promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Vocational.

• Proficient in MS Office; AS400 knowledge a plus.

About the role

Parts Associate / Specialist role involving preparation, updates, and management of spare parts order data, processing of spare parts orders, and preparation of accurate sales reports.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Prepares, updates, and manages the spare parts order database in a timely manner.
• Processes spare parts orders using AS400 and Excel.
• Prepares accurate spare parts sales reports on a daily basis.
• Participates in parts inventory Management.
• Participates in all Sales and Parts Activities, such as but not limited to Family Day, Sales Caravan, Agri Convention, etc.
• Participates in the formulation of parts promotional activities (Spare parts flyer/brochure, Maintenance kit, Parts discounts, etc.) and other tasks that may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Vocational
• At least one (1) year of related work experience is preferred but not required, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Highly organized person with a strong personality, and must be able to work and relate to anyone in a fast-paced and start-up Japanese Company.
• Able to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally. Basic understanding of how automobiles work.
• Attention to detail, pro-active, has the initiative to study and learn YPC's machine model line-up, can work under pressure.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of AS400 would be a plus but not required.
• Must be willing to report on-site to the office and travel if needed.
• Has a driver's license (good to have but not required)
