Job Overview

Position: Spare Parts Sales Executive.

Company: Japanese manufacturer well-known for producing high‑quality automotive parts for vehicles including motorcycles and cars, founded nearly 76 years ago.

Work type: Full‑time, On‑site. Schedule: Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts based on their needs.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders for spare parts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure availability and timely delivery of parts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales transactions, and customer orders.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend reordering to avoid shortages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates.
• At least one year of sales experience is an advantage.
• Driver’s license for 4‑wheel vehicles (automatic and manual) is a plus.
• Available for interviews in Cebu.
