Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the Branch Office.
  • Ensure availability of motorcycle parts, accessories, and materials for customers and Service Department.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or ordering of fast-moving and critical parts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments regarding parts availability and delivery schedules.
  • Review and process parts requests, purchase orders, and customer orders accurately.
  • Assist customers and teams in identifying correct parts based on requirements.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile records.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged items, and incorrect deliveries.
  • Ensure parts are properly labeled, stored, and protected.

About the role

This role involves supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the Branch Office, with a focus on managing motorcycle parts, accessories, and materials. You will ensure the availability of required inventory for customers and the Service Department, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Branch Office
  • Ensure the availability of motorcycle parts, accessories, and other materials required by customers and the Service Department
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or ordering of fast-moving and critical parts
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments regarding parts availability, orders, and delivery schedules
  • Review and process parts requests, purchase orders, and customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Assist customers and internal teams in identifying the correct motorcycle parts and accessories based on their requirements
  • Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure that required parts are available for scheduled repairs and maintenance services
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure that physical inventory matches system records
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged items, and incorrect deliveries
  • Ensure that all motorcycle parts are properly labeled, stored, organized, and protected
About you
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in parts operations, inventory management, automotive or motorcycle dealership operations
  • Experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Supervisor, Parts Specialist, or similar role
  • Knowledge of motorcycle or automotive parts and inventory management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Customer-oriented and able to handle concerns professionally
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
