Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to receive, inspect, and organize truck parts and supplies in our Bulacan facilities. You will help maintain accurate records, issue parts to technicians and customers, and ensure stock integrity.

The role requires basic knowledge of truck parts, proficiency in MS Office, and strong teamwork. Diligence and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, automotive tech, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts handling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of truck parts or automotive components preferred.
• Computer literate (MS Office; inventory systems a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming truck parts and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue parts to internal service technicians and external customers.
• Encode and update inventory transactions in the system.
• Assist in ordering and replenishment of fast-moving and critical parts.
• Conduct regular stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safekeeping of all parts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Service Departments for parts availability and requests.
• Handle basic customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parts warehouse/stockroom.
