The role focuses on maintaining records, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting inventory systems to uphold data integrity and efficient operations within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in parts administration, inventory management, or automotive industry
• Knowledge in inventory management and automotive parts
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records
• Receive, inspect, and store parts and materials
• Process parts orders for service and customers
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and delivery
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, and discrepancies
• Assist in inventory audits and reports
• Handle inquiries on parts availability and pricing
• Ensure proper storage and organization of parts
• Support inventory systems and process improvements
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
