Job summary

EDGE Tutor is seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager to drive post-sale growth, renewals, and operational readiness across existing client partnerships. You will forecast renewals, coordinate with Account Managers, Operations, Finance, and Training to ensure timely renewal and expansion execution.

The role emphasizes renewal forecasting, utilization management, and cross-functional alignment to optimize revenue and delivery performance across long-term accounts.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Partnerships Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• Proven experience supporting growth and renewals of existing clients in an outsourcing or service-based environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Growth, Expansion & Renewals.
• Track renewal timelines, notice periods, and terms.
• Own renewal tracking and visibility of upcoming renewals, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with Account Managers to prepare renewal strategies, pricing alignment, and expansion scenarios.
• Lead renewal conversations where operational readiness, utilization, or delivery performance is critical.
• Ensure renewal and expansion commitments are reflected in forecasts.
