Job summary

EDGE Tutor is seeking a Tutor Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of online education for assigned client accounts. You will lead a team of online teachers, manage client relationships, and drive data-informed operational strategies to ensure quality and account health.

Key duties include coaching teachers, scheduling, reporting performance to clients and leadership, and collaborating with Recruitment, Training, and Lesson Support to optimize the student experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present reports.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of online teachers to deliver learning experiences.
• Observe lessons, provide feedback, and coach for improvement.
• Manage schedules, coverage, and disciplinary actions to maintain standards.
• Build trust-based client relationships and present performance reports.
