Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet renewal sales and revenue goals/targets.
• Maintain and Develop relationships with business partners/intermediaries/accounts (current and new onboarded).
• Be a productive team member of the division.
• Enable/train personnel assigned to work with/reporting to them.
• Devise and implement renewal and after-sales plans and initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure partners/intermediaries and mutual clients are satisfied with MediCard services.
• Inform the company of new contacts/partners and new sales opportunities (upselling/cross-selling).
• Conduct regular business reviews and touchpoint meetings to manage accounts and portfolio performance.
