Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to optimize our sales and recruitment funnel while supporting pilot initiatives and tutor recruitment across global programs.

You will lead the Lead Generation Associates Team, set KPIs, and coach the group for better lead quality and outcomes, collaborating with sales and marketing to align messaging for international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a B2B operations or sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking ability with independent prioritization.
• Passion for education and improving outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork.
• Willin gness to make sales calls during evenings due to client locations outside the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and continuously improve the sales funnel from lead generation to closing.
• Lead generation team management and KPI setting.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new associates with ramp-up plans.
• Pilot launch management with cross-team alignment.
• Own sales operations, reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and marketing on pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop playbooks and onboarding processes for sales and lead gen roles.
