Job summary

WorldFirst is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand our network across Southeast Asia and South Asia. You will acquire, manage and nurture partner relationships with financial institutions, associations, and communities to introduce WorldFirst services to their clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams to onboard partners, tailor solutions, and drive referrals, while representing WorldFirst at trade shows, webinars, and marketing activities to expand brand awareness and trust.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in partnerships within cross-border services.
• Experience selling payment solutions to services ecosystems.
• Proven track record of meeting demanding targets.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional orgs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and maintain key partner relationships across SEA and SA.
• Drive client referrals into WorldFirst through partner networks.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation of partners with internal teams.
• Develop marketing materials and training for partners.
• Represent WorldFirst at trade shows and webinars.
