Zed is looking for its first-ever Partnerships Lead to build the partnerships function from scratch. You will define key partnerships for our credit card tailored for young professionals in the Philippines.

Your role involves mapping the partnership landscape, closing deals, and coordinating with teams to launch initiatives. Ideal candidates possess over 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in fintech and payments, and can communicate effectively in both Filipino and English.

A compensation package includes salary, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or a similar commercial role in fintech or payments.
• A track record of closing deals independently.
• Strong project management instincts and comfort reviewing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Map the full partnership landscape for a modern credit card.
• Source and close deals for cardholder benefits and payment infrastructure.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from outreach to signed agreements.
