Growe is seeking an Account Manager to oversee payment provider relationships from onboarding to ongoing operations. You will coordinate KYC, contracts, and cross‑team communication, while maintaining steady partner relations and handling day‑to‑day requests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Account Manager or similar operational role.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, documentation, approvals, or partner-related processes.
• Understanding of online payments; experience in iGaming, Payments, PSP, Fintech, or Crypto is a plus.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment providers from onboarding through ongoing cooperation.
• Coordinate onboarding: KYC, documentation, contracts, approvals, and internal communications.
• Maintain regular communication with payment partners and support day-to-day requests.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and BizDev to move provider-related processes forward.
• Assist in resolving payment-related cases involving reconciliation, settlements, or exchange rates.
• Develop knowledge of LATAM markets, local payment methods, and provider specifics.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Grow expertise in Payments and Account Management as scope expands.
