Job summary

GoTyme Bank in the Philippines seeks a growth leader to own end-to-end initiatives for OFW senders and beneficiaries. You will drive partnerships, lifecycle strategies, and cross-product adoption, turning remittance activity into durable banking relationships.

You will work closely with Product Growth, CRM, Risk & Compliance, and Ops to design risk-aware, high-conversion journeys and performance-driven programs. This role is hands-on and deeply collaborative.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in growth, business development, or growth marketing in a fintech, digital bank, payments company, or remittance provider; venture building or P&L ownership a plus.
• Proven track record of owning a customer or revenue outcome end-to-end; strong measurement of activity vs. outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical toolkit: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, CAC/LTV modeling, unit economics.
• Clear, concise communicator who can influence cross-functionally and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth for OFW senders and Philippine beneficiaries: from partnerships and acquisition through lifecycle deepening and cross-product adoption.
• Define OFW and beneficiary personas, use cases, and moments that matter, with a focus on trust and adoption.
• Run a continuous customer insight loop: interviews, benchmarking, sentiment analysis; translate learnings into messaging and product backlog items.
• Build and scale partnerships with remittance providers, employers, and diaspora groups; track conversions and optimize funnels.
• Lead GTM execution: briefs, budgets, and success metrics; collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and adoption.
