Job summary

ASPIRE LIFESTYLES (PHILS.), INC. is seeking a Business Development, AM to expand the local partner network and drive partnership revenue for our concierge and loyalty services.

The role focuses on managing a portfolio of partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring service levels that meet client ROI. You will evaluate partners, oversee marketing collateral, and collaborate across global Aspire Lifestyles teams to sustain growth with affluent clients in the Manila market.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of B2B sales and account management in a consultative and strategic selling industry.
• Marketing experience in Loyalty and Rewards Program.
• Merchant partnership experience with a strong network across dining, retail, travel and lifestyle.
• Experiential and event management experience serving the affluent segment.
• Proven team leader experience with direct reports and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• English high proficiency; Vietnamese and a second language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a partner network to meet client service expectations and increase utilization of concierge services.
• Sign agreements with partners to deliver benefits via concierge services.
• Evaluate partners regularly to maintain client needs and competitive edge.
• Develop and manage quality control and feedback processes for partners.
• Establish partner deliverables, promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Obtain partner marketing collaterals and copy for Aspire Lifestyles channels.
• Manage ongoing relationships with partners to reinforce utilization and quality.
• Collaborate with Aspire Lifestyles markets globally on partnership agreements.
• Record offers and partners in a global knowledge database for easy search and recommendations.
• Handle communications and conflict resolution for a portfolio of clients to drive satisfaction and new business.
