You will act as the main liaison for partners, resolving issues and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams to execute market development strategies and events. Strong communication across languages is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in partnership management or business development.
• Proven track record in sales and driving results.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, onboard, and grow partner network.
• Serve as primary contact for partners and address needs promptly.
• Ensure partners comply with company, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing/events to drive partner engagement and growth.
• Represent the company at industry events; travel as needed.
• Support partners to retain business and reach new performance levels.
• Meet KPIs and drive business growth.
