Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the Philippines. This is a full-time remote role, requiring strong network-building, client onboarding, and partner management across FX/CFD markets.

You will hunt for trading professionals, nurture relationships with affiliates and money managers, and collaborate with marketing to drive high-quality leads and sustainable revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in FX/CFD and online trading is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Fluent English; Tagalog proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop assigned country/region and convert leads into clients.
• Acquire and establish relationships with new partners and affiliates.
• Onboard trading clients and partners with excellent user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing/back-office to prepare sales content.
• Negotiate terms of partnerships based on rebate structures.
• Monitor affiliates/partners to meet KPIs and perform market analysis.
