Qualifications
- 3+ years in Technical Account Management or related roles.
- Experience in MSPs, SaaS, IT automation environments.
- Experience onboarding, enablement, or implementation programs.
- Experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of PSA, ITSM, automation, and AI-driven service management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead partner onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption.
- Facilitate kickoff, planning, and onboarding sessions.
- Ensure successful transition to ongoing success management.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners.
- Deliver training, best practices, and adoption guidance.
- Support automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Provide technical insights and adoption recommendations during QBRs.
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve partner success.
- Manage technical inquiries and coordinate escalations.
- Liaise between Partners, Product, Development, and Success teams.
- Drive issue resolution and advocate for partner needs.
- Maintain accurate records and support business objectives.
- Uphold company values, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork.
