TGT Global in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to bridge Partner Success Managers, Partners, Product, and Development, driving onboarding and platform adoption. You will deliver training, best practices, and adoption guidance, support automation initiatives, coordinate escalations, and provide actionable insights during quarterly business reviews.

Formación

• 3+ years in Technical Account Management or related roles.
• Experience in MSPs, SaaS, IT automation environments.
• Experience onboarding, enablement, or implementation programs.
• Experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of PSA, ITSM, automation, and AI-driven service management platforms.

• Lead partner onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption.
• Facilitate kickoff, planning, and onboarding sessions.
• Ensure successful transition to ongoing success management.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners.
• Deliver training, best practices, and adoption guidance.
• Support automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical insights and adoption recommendations during QBRs.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve partner success.
• Manage technical inquiries and coordinate escalations.
• Liaise between Partners, Product, Development, and Success teams.
• Drive issue resolution and advocate for partner needs.
• Maintain accurate records and support business objectives.
• Uphold company values, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork.

As a Technical Enablement Manager

You will serve as the technical bridge between Partner Success Managers (PSMs), Partners, Product/Development, and Product Specialists.

Ideal Technical Profile

• More than 3+ years of required experience as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultation, Service Delivery, or related roles.
• Experience working within the Managed Service Providers (MSPs), SaaS, IT Automation, or SaaS technology environments.
• Experience delivery customer onboarding, enablement, or implementation programs.
• Experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of PSA, ITSM, automation, and AI-driven service management platforms.
