Job summary

Google Operations Center in Manila is seeking an experienced onboarding leader to manage global onboarding programs and partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Capability Development, and Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience across a rapidly growing organization.

You will optimize onboarding experiences, organize training content in Workday Learning, and mentor the onboarding team to maintain high-quality, consistent results across time zones and functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing projects or equivalent.
• Proven ability to prioritize customer needs and deliver experiences.
• Ability to translate ideas into process and system requirements.
• Strong attention to detail for complex work.
• Flexibility to coordinate across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage global onboarding programs for a rapidly growing organization.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Capability Development, Operations, etc. to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding experiences.
• Upload, manage, and organize training content and enrollments in Workday Learning.
• Partner with Talent Development Program Managers to support and deliver programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to onboarding team members.
