You will manage onboarding, content governance, and readiness reporting, while coordinating across multiple teams. Night EST shifts support global time zones and require strong organization and analytics skills.

Illumio is seeking a highly organized GTM Enablement Associate to support Global Revenue Enablement and Partner Enablement programs. This role is the operational backbone of onboarding, learning systems, certifications, content management, and readiness reporting across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Partner teams.

The main responsibilities of a GTM ENABLEMENT ASSOCIATE include:

• Coordinate onboarding communications, scheduling, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
• Maintain role-based onboarding plans, learning paths, and readiness requirements.
• Refresh e-learning modules, learner guides, assessments, and training materials.
• Track onboarding progress, completions, certifications, and readiness metrics and weekly reports.
• Manage content localization, training logistics, and learning platform administration.
• Partner Enablement Operations
• Publish bi-weekly updates and resources to the Enlighten Partner Portal.
• Maintain partner training content, onboarding materials, and certification resources.
• Update Highspot content for Partner & Alliances, Cloud Providers, GSIs, MSPs, and Technology Alliance Partners.
• Manage certification communications, tracking, and reporting for Global Partner Account Managers.
• Support partner webinars, enablement campaigns, bootcamps, and training events.
• Enablement Platforms & Content Governance
• Administer LearnUpon, Impartner, Highspot, Credly, and related systems.
• Manage Credly badges, issuance, tracking, reporting, and Zapier workflows.
• Maintain content repositories and coordinate reviews, publishing, version control, and archiving.
• Ensure enablement content remains accurate, accessible, and current.
• Reporting & Program Administration
• Track certification attainment, program participation, and readiness measures.
• Maintain reporting accuracy and resolve data quality issues.
• Administer partner incentive tracking, validation, and payouts.
• Support leadership reporting and operational planning.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• 3+ years supporting enablement, learning operations, training, or partner programs.
• Strong project coordination, organization, and followthrough.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong reporting, spreadsheet, and data management

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

• Experience with Highspot, LearnUpon, Impartner, Credly, Zapier, or SharePoint.
• Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Experience supporting partner ecosystems and certification programs.
• Experience supporting Sales Kickoff, partner events, or onboarding programs

Work schedule: Night shift (EST - Tuesday to Saturday)
