Apollo.io is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to drive and evolve our end-to-end enablement program for the Support organization in Manila, Philippines. You will own the 6-week onboarding for new hires, develop content, and lead in-person sessions, with ongoing collaboration across ops and enablement teams.

The role emphasizes scalable learning paths, certification tracking, and data-driven improvements to CSAT, QA, and knowledge assessments within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer support, enablement, or training roles with onboarding ownership.
• SaaS industry experience required.
• Proven ability to lead live in-person facilitation and instructional delivery.
• Strategic, data-informed program builder focused on outcomes.
• Experience with enablement tools and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Hire Onboarding (Manila, Philippines) strategy, execution, and measurement.
• Facilitate in-person onboarding experiences and ensure sessions are engaging and role-specific.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and training resources.
• Design onboarding certification processes and track ramp milestones to measure readiness and success.
• Collaborate with GTM Support Enablement Manager to identify enablement needs from CSAT, QA, ticket metrics.
