Staffstream is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper in a Philippines-based role (20 hours/week) to support an Australian design-and-build business. You will prepare bank entries, payroll, and superannuation data in Xero, while the Australian administrator completes final uploads through CBA and CommBiz.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated bookkeeping experience with Xero and payroll administration.
• Solid understanding of Australian GST, PAYG, and Superannuation Guarantee requirements.
• Experience preparing payroll and superannuation data for final lodgement.
• Proven AR/DS management including chasing outstanding balances and ageing reports.
• Familiarity with CBA/CommBiz for payroll payment processing.

Responsabilités

• Xero administration and reconciliations: balance bank accounts, code transactions, keep records current.
• Accounts receivable and debtor management: raise invoices, reconcile receipts, chase overdue balances.
• Accounts payable and supplier payments: process invoices, reconcile statements, prepare payment batches.
• Payroll and superannuation preparation: compile hours, deductions, and upload data for lodgement.
• Banking coordination and general administration: prepare data for CBA/CommBiz, assist BAS/GST readiness.
