Job summary

Boomering is seeking a skilled remote Bookkeeper to support an Australian client from Angeles City, Philippines. The role requires 2–4 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, Xero proficiency, and end-to-end payroll and reconciliations.

You will handle daily bank reconciliations, BAS/IAS prep, payroll administration, and monthly financial reporting, collaborating with onshore accountants. The position is full-time, work-from-home with Australian business hours (Perth).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Strong experience using Xero and Australian payroll.
• Knowledge of Australian bookkeeping compliance and end-to-end administration.
• Experience with Karbon, Dext or Hubdoc is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Australian Bookkeeping & Compliance daily.
• Payroll administration and payroll tax handling.
• Month-end reporting including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Prepare BAS/IAS drafts for review by tax agents.
