Job summary

Boomering is an ISO-certified BPO company hiring a bookkeeper to work remotely from the Philippines. You will handle day‑to‑day transaction processing, reconciliations, payroll administration, and accounts payable for Australian clients.

The role requires strong Xero skills, experience with Cin7 Omni, Hubdoc and Lightyear, and a solid grasp of Australian payroll and STP. Full-time, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT, Php70,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience, ideally supporting Australian businesses.
• Strong Xero experience is essential; Xero certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly bank reconciliations across all accounts.
• Enter and process supplier invoices weekly; prepare aged payables reports.
