Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to serve as the first live connection with warm prospects after they show interest in our financial events. You will perform high-volume outbound calls to prep leads for workshops, build rapport, and drive attendance and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have experience in outbound calling or phone-based sales, are coachable, and can handle objections with confidence. This is a remote, part-time role with EST-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and sales environments.
• Familiarity with webinar-driven sales funnels is a plus.
• Exposure to the insurance or financial services industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads generated by ads.
• Confirm webinar/workshop registrations to maximize attendance.
• Build rapport during initial touchpoints to strengthen relationships.
• Follow scripted calls while adapting tone based on coaching.
• Work live on Zoom with real-time guidance and QA.
• Handle objections using trained responses to keep prospects engaged.
