CC.Talent is seeking a confident Outbound B2B Caller to join our team and drive new business opportunities in the Australian market. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with a chance to transition to full-time after 2 months based on performance and business needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in outbound calling, B2B sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting, and are comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Able to handle high outbound call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective Australian businesses.
• Introduce company, products, or services professionally.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on criteria.
• Speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and book sales appointments.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and approved channels.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
• Handle objections professionally and stay positive.
