Private Advertiser in Cebu City seeks an Outbound Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to drive pipeline growth through outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will coordinate with the Cebu team and Australian stakeholders in a fully office-based role.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, elite English communication skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. AU hours and on-site in Cebu are required.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting calls to generate interest, uncover needs, and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Screen prospects to transform warm/cold leads into qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets such as daily calls, qualified leads, and booked appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Report to the Cebu office daily and collaborate with local and Australian stakeholders.
