Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

• AI literacy with Sintra.ai or a strong drive to use AI marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Launch leadership: own full-funnel digital marketing for the brand launch.
• AI-enhanced workflow to streamline lead gen, audience research and optimization.
• Omnichannel execution across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Data storytelling by analyzing CTR, CAC and LTV for pivots.
• Creative testing lab: run ongoing A/B tests on hooks, copy and landing pages.
