ShopBack in Manila is seeking an experienced online paid media leader to drive customer acquisition and retention for the North America market. You will own the performance of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels, collaborating with regional teams to localize strategies and optimize budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on online paid media experience for apps and web products.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or related field.
• Proven track record driving growth with marketing efficiency in North America.
• Proficient across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across markets and cultures.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Branch.io and Appsflyer.
• Strong data-driven mindset with analytical skills and growth mindset.
• AI competency: using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own performance of all relevant online marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic).
