Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist in a hybrid setup in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will own cross-channel campaigns, optimize ROAS and CPA, and lead CRO efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more.

You’ll work with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to align merchandising and promotions, using GA4 for tracking and analytics. You will drive structured testing, provide actionable insights, and help scale successful campaigns while maintaining a focus on performance and

Qualifications

Experience in planning and managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Ability to optimize ROAS and CPA targets with data-driven decisions.
Strong tracking implementation and analytics skills (GA4).

Responsibilities

Set up and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
Continuously refine keywords, audiences, bids, placements and creatives to hit targets.
Design and run structured tests (creative, offer, audience, landing page) and scale winning variants.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and event setup in GA4 and ad platforms.
Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing teams for alignment on campaigns and promotions.
Own reporting on spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, and insights across channels.
