Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Station Officer to manage daily station operations, ensuring accurate parcel handling, sorting, and dispatch. The role involves updating systems, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in logistics or hub operations, with experience in cash handling and familiarity with relevant SOPs. College level or higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily station operations including receiving inbound parcels and processing walk-in orders.
• Sort, stage, and prepare items for dispatch with accuracy in system updates.
• Coordinate with shunting drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in maintaining SOPs, safety standards, and operational compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management in line with business needs.
