Qualifications

• Exposure to cash handling, reconciliation, and basic financial transactions.
• Experience coordinating with drivers or third-party personnel in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety standards, and handling discrepancies.

The Station Officer manages the daily station operations, including receiving inbound parcels, processing walk-in orders, sorting, staging, and preparing items for dispatch.The role ensures accurate system updates, proper handling of parcels, and smooth coordination of inbound and outbound activities. It also helps maintain operational standards and supports timely, efficient delivery service.

• Operational Compliance & Service Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and service guidelines to maintain operational efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with shunting drivers, and internal support teams to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management in line with operational and business requirements.

Requirements:

Educational Background & Certifications Requirement

• College level or graduate preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

Experience Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations handling inbound, sorting, dispatch, and basic transaction processing.
• Experience in using operational systems for scanning, order processing, and inventory or parcel tracking.
• Exposure to cash handling, reconciliation, and basic financial transactions (e.g., ASF/COD).
• Experience coordinating with drivers, or third-party personnel in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety standards, and handling of operational exceptions or discrepancies.
