Job summary

East West Banking Corporation's Palawan store is hiring a Service Manager to oversee store operations on-site and ensure excellent customer service while meeting regulatory requirements. You will lead daily processes and uphold AMLC/KYC standards, contributing to a smooth customer experience and accurate records.

The role requires a minimum of five years in branch supervision, preferably from a banking background, with a focus on profitability and risk management.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related course.
• With at least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in branch operations.
• Preferably Assistant Managers from another bank with the same experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts, monitoring, and reporting transactions.
• Oversee and approve a variety of over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority; ensure policy compliance.
• Support multiple banking groups and manage complaints tracking and resolution.
• Record daily store transactions, reconcile ledgers, and manage temporary accounts.
• Assist in achieving the store's profitability targets.
