Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Metro Manila North is seeking a Service Manager to oversee store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive profitability while complying with bank policies and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, AML/KYC knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across banking groups to deliver efficient, compliant service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related course.
• With at least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in branch operations.
• Preferably Assistant Managers from another bank with the same experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts and monitoring transactions.
• Issue manager's checks and manage remittances; maintain KYC records and update customer information.
• Oversee and approve various over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority with compliant processes.
• Manage time deposits, checkbook orders, unclaimed checkbooks, bills, loans, and item clearance.
• Reconcile items and records; ensure accurate recording of daily store transactions.
• Assist in achieving store profitability targets and coordinate with banking groups.
