Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google for qualified leads in Australia and the wider market. You will own the full paid funnel—from audience to landing pages and tracking—and ensure lead quality and cost per lead meet targets.

The role is office-based in Cebu with flexibility to work from anywhere in the Philippines, and requires professional English communication and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Proven results generating leads (not e-commerce sales) through paid social and search.
• Confident, professional written English for reports, ad copy and client communication
• Analytical mindset with strong spreadsheet and reporting skills (Looker Studio or equivalent)
• Comfortable working AU business hours as a fully office-based role at the BVS Cebu office, or from anywhere in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Build and manage lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including retargeting.
• Define audiences for SMB owners, operations managers and IT decision-makers in Australia, segmented by industry and company size.
• Manage monthly ad budgets, pacing and bidding; scale winning campaigns and pause underperformers.
• Write ad copy and brief or produce creative and run structured A/B tests on creative, audience and offer.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and sync lead forms to the CRM.
• Optimise landing pages and lead magnets to lift conversion rate.
• Hand leads to the Outbound Sales Specialist for same-day follow-up and use feedback to improve lead quality.
• Support organic social presence on LinkedIn and Facebook as capacity allows.
• Deliver weekly performance snapshots and a monthly report on spend, CPL, cost per qualified lead, appointments booked, and recommendations.
• Keep current with platform policy changes and Australian advertising/privacy requirements.
