Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). You will monitor ROAS, manage budgets, and run A/B tests to drive leads and conversions.

The role is remote with a 20-hour workweek (4 hours daily) and immediate hiring. Strong analytical, reporting, and collaboration skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Hands-on with GA4, GTM, Pixel and Conversions API for tracking and optimization.
• Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, and ad copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor budgets, bids, keywords, placements, and targeting to meet acquisition cost targets.
• Analyze KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and run A/B tests to improve performance.
• Prepare performance reports and collaborate with marketing/design teams.
