Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns with strong data analysis and optimization skills.
• Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Proficient in interpreting ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and other metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and remarketing.
• Develop, test, and optimize Meta ads across Facebook and Instagram with A/B testing.
• Set up and monitor tracking with GTM, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel; report insights and actions.
