Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media with agency background.
• Senior agency role with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Managed 8+ client accounts concurrently, focused on lead generation.
• Experience with Australian, US or UK client accounts.
• Expert on both Meta and Google Ads with hands-on depth and testing.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Conversions API, GTM and attribution.
• Analytical mindset with ability to craft clear creative briefs.
• Business-minded: focus on cost per lead and revenue per patient.
• Excellent English for client-facing reporting and calls.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day management of Meta and Google Ads across client accounts.
• Plan and run creative testing on Meta and brief creatives based on data.
• Manage Google Search, Performance Max and local campaigns with targeting and bidding.
• Set up and audit conversions: Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, calls and forms.
• Link account performance to client outcomes and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Prioritize work across many accounts and spot problems early.
• Write client reports and present results and recommendations.
• Audit new client accounts during onboarding and pitches.
• Document account structures, tests and processes for knowledge retention.
