SRR Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced Meta PPC Specialist to lead end-to-end campaigns for U.S.-based home service clients, focusing on lead generation and target CPLs. This remote role requires proven experience with US campaigns and Meta ads mastery.

You will work with CRM and creative teams, optimize across funnel stages, and stay current with Meta updates to drive sustainable growth and quality leads. PST hours apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads campaigns experience.
• Proven lead generation for US-based businesses.
• Direct experience with US home service Meta ads is REQUIRED.
• Strong CPL optimization and scaling knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in a performance agency.
• Ability to show actual US home service campaigns worked on.
• Provide 2–5 examples of Meta ad creatives from US home services.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta tools (Pixel, CAPI, Advantage+).
• Understand Custom/Lookalike Audiences and post-iOS measurement.
• Experience with Lead Ads and Instant Forms.
• Experience with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel/HubSpot/Salesforce.
• GA4 knowledge and landing-page CRO practices.
• Meta Blueprint Certification required.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full‑funnel Meta campaigns for US home services.
• Develop strategies for targeting, budgets, bidding, offers, and leads.
• Manage campaigns across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and other services.
• Analyze CPL, lead rate, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and attribution data.
• Optimize for lead quality and downstream sales performance.
• Collaborate with CRM and sales to identify winning campaigns and audiences.
• Design and run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Brief creatives on hooks, offers, and CTAs; guide video/image concepts.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining CPL and quality.
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, and attribution.
• Identify issues and develop data-backed growth strategies.
• Prepare performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Meta platform changes and new strategies.
