Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a P2P Lead to drive our Accounts Payable function in a hybrid Philippines-based setup. You will lead end-to-end AP operations, own Vendor Master Data Management, and mentor a team of AP specialists to achieve service excellence.

The role requires 6–10 years in AP operations with 2–3 years in a people-management capacity, including experience with VMD in a BPO/shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
• 6–10 years in Accounts Payable operations
• 2–3 years in People Management / Team Lead role
• Strong hands-on experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD)
• Experience leading offshore, remote, or distributed teams
• Experience working directly with clients and customer stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and ensure service excellence
• Own Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists to achieve operational goals
• Drive SLA adherence, quality metrics, and continuous performance improvement
• Partner with clients, customers, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and transformation opportunities
• Support transitions and ensure stable service operations during change
